A quick presentation
I don't know if I'm a pipesmoker... I think is better say that I'm a good smoker.
I like tobacco and I like smoke (every day, from morning to evening): medium and big habanos, italian cigars (toscano) and, of course, good pipe tobacco.
About pipes, I prefer smoke easy, without too much difficulty: Dunhill, straight billiards, group 4 and 5. I don't like surprise and I don't like see many unsmoked pipes in my office or at my home: I serve only the pipes that smoking. In the past I had many pipes of many Italian brands but I sold all because I was not satisfied by too much variety (straight, curves, dublin, canadian, apple, lovat, ebonite, methacrylate, etc. ...). At some point I preferred to start again choosing to smoke a single brand and a single type of shape. Now I am much more satisfied and I follow, day by day, one by one all my British pipes. So I think to be more a smoker that a collector of pipes. In Dunhill pipes I found the consistency I was looking for in the instrument and also a good variability of finishing among smooth and sandblasted.
About pipe tobacco I like american and english brands with a special love for virginia flakes. I envy American friends who have the possibility to have little money for the best tobacco in the world. In Italy we are less fortunate: fortunately there is Swiss and is not far!
I have 33 years and are married by 8, live in a small island in the north east of Italy and work with sailboats. I have attached some photos on the gallery, just to satisfy my exhibitionist side. Good life at all!

Welcome to our
little group here. We hold absolutely nothing against a dunnie man even if he has a special love of VA flake. Please hang around and join us in having some fun while we all puff away.
Fume in pace, ckr
Hi Mr. Ramon...
Welcome to our little smoking den. I happen to favor Italian pipes (Savinelli's) and prefer burley to any other. Enjoy your time with us!

Brother!
My long lost brother from a different mother! I too strongly favor straight group 4 or group 5 straight billiards from Dunhill ... AND ... I love VA flake tobaccos. I too have been migrating the collection from various brands to all Dunhill (this will take a few more years)- they just perform so darn well. Anyway, WELCOME! We don't care if you smoke cigars or cigs as well as pipes - you can discuss your pipes anytime here with us. My collection ... unfortunately I have no pics loaded of them but just keep reading the daily posts and you'll see them mentioned as they come up in my rotation.
I just took a quick look at your pipes - nice selection my friend. In particular I love that Root (or it might be an Amber Root - can't tell how much the camera flash might have changed the color of the pipe) with the saddle bit ... God how I love a straight billiard with a saddle bit. The others of course are super too, Shell (twins!), Red Bark, Chestnut, Cumberland ... oh such good taste!
