CAPTCHAS added

Hi All.

I've just added CAPTCHAs to most parts of the site, to help prevent automated user signups and spam postings.

Sorry about making you guys pick words from lists, do math, and try to deciphers squiggly text. That's not what you are here for.

Let me know if you find any of the CAPTCHA tests set up unbearably annoying, and I'll look at replacing it.
