Construction Barriers are going up

Hello everyone.

In the next couple of weeks, the redesign of MPC is going to be happening. It will, of course, affect the activity of the site.

First off, I will be stripping her down to the bare metal, more or less. I will leave the forums and the blogs running, but don't expect tons to be working beyond that.

Then I will be beginning the reconstruction. First, we should have the new design applied, then you will slowly but surely see the new site 'rise from the ashes' or what have you.

I've decided, however, to leave the site running and accessible during this process. The decision was made because the construction could take quite some time, and I don't want to shut down for a month or however long it may take. After all, this is all being done in my 'spare' time. Since the amount of free time I will have is hard to predict with the varying needs of my clients, I can't predict when the site will be back in a 'usable' shape.

Until things are complete, you will likely see an inordinate amount of error messages, broken pages, and the like. As I said above I will do my best to leave the forums and the blogs running smoothly. Beyond that, I make no guarantees.
