Friday Smokes October 10th, 2008
For once I'll be first instead of last since I am up very late into the wee hours puffin away on Riverboat Gambler and CBB. I got this Savinelli seven and a half inch Lumberman just a stokin CBB. It's so good. Smokin it with just a kiss of the Grape. The rich tobacco flavor is coming through loud and clear. I just don't want to go to bed but my eyes are closing... Good Night and Good Morning to all and I hope your Friday smokes are as good as mine.

This is my Pipe. There are many like it, but this one is MINE.
My pipe is my best friend. It is my life.
I must master it as I must master my life.
My pipe without me is useless. Without my Pipe, I am useless
On a clear & bright day. I have a bowlful of EMP in a HUGE Randy Wiley bent egg. It's been going for an hour & a half & probably has another half hour in it. I haven't smoked this pipe in months, so I thought I'd give it a whirl before I become completely intimidated by it. Strangely, I can clench it without any discomfort. Good design, I guess. No poetry today - I must be about my business, such as it is.
Have a wonderful one.
OJK in a KW bent apple Super Grain. I had the toughest time with this pipe for a very long time getting it to quit gurgling. The special stem and my penchant to draw fast was not a good combination.
I would not give up on this pipe, because it is a handsome little fellow, and very comfortable.
Well, a steady diet of OJK and a little more experience in incinerating tobacco and this is one fine pipe!

Have a great day all!

I've fired up some Riverboat Gambler in the Savinelli bulldog. Later it's off to the bank, errands, and a few chores. Have fun!

Hello all,
I'm starting to get settled in the new homestead and find things! Started the A.M with some Prince Albert in a vintage, filterless Grabow. What a excellent pipe those old Grabows are. I brought some Best Brown to work with a full bent Comoy and a B.C Dublin. The weather is cool up north. 5 deer walked up my drive this morning and were fun for my 2 year old grand child to watch.
Enjoy your smokes!
Regards,
Dave
Sure beats ciggs!
Bob, it's been a fine day so far, but I haven't had the chance to sit down and relax with a bowl of bliss. Mixture in a Refbjerg this evening and probably for the rest of the weekend.

No pipe today, but I am about ready to hop on a plane for Denver to go and attend the Great American Beer Festival. I think that is a good trade off. See you all next week.

But, I only read, speak and understand the English language. It wasn't intentional.

I spent the day at the B&M blending all varieties of tobacco and tasting every single one.
Ever had a suicidal Buffalo Wing? Well, imagine that, plus some jalapenos, plus a nice hot coal from a campfire all sitting on my tongue. Yeah, I overdid the tobacco testing... REAL BAD.
Anyway... maybe tomorrow.

Great minds do, indeed think alike. Few things I can point to that top that experience
