Reverse descrimination;
How many have lost jobs because they smoke, I have known a few. Did they get to sue, no way. Of course, they were given another reason. It was quite common when employers had to pay for Smoke-Eaters and redesign office space to accomondate smoke free areas in the office.

I would like to think they loose their case but given there is absolutely no justice left when it comes to this subject it is not likely. Have to see how this all unwinds.

If it's any help at all, I would only hire pipe smokers if I ever got around to starting my own business. Smoking at the office would be encouraged.
