Also out of Kentucky
Sir Robert Burnett's London Dry gin made since before the American Revolution. Also try their vodka. Its a good value for the money. Oh yeah, a bowl of Burley and a glass of either is a match made in Heaven.

I do enjoy a neat high ball of Jim Beam with some Samuel Gawith 1792. Ummmmm, Jim Beam and 1792 ahhhhhh! ;)

MMMMMM...BEEEEAM! Jim Beam is glorious. See also: George Dickel, and Wild Turkey 101. Unlike most southerners though, I have a horrible aversion to Jack Daniels (keep this on the down low as I'm pretty sure that's a jailable offense in these parts.) You see as a young dumb GI (who never had enough of anything) I decided one day it would be a good idea to eat a two pound bag of pistachio nuts and drink about a half a fifth of Jack Daniels. The results were positively ghastly and the smell of Jack Daniels to this very day makes my skin crawl.

If you like Beam, you should try "Bookers", Booker Beams own blend and it will flat knock ya on yer a**. Really good and smooth the best thing to come out of Bardstown in years.......

I like them all, Knob Creek from the Beam Distillery is full bodied and in my opinion taste great. As compared to the other small batch offerings from Beam it is very reasonably priced. It may not have the complexity but it is full on full flavored Kentucky Bourbon at its best. If it were pipe tobacco it would remind me of Solani ABF, Full Burley taste but pretty one dimensional.
Enjoy the tobacco and the libations in moderation.
